I began my undergraduate study of Child and Youth Care in 2005 at the University of Victoria, British Columbia. I concluded my formal studies with a master of arts in counseling psychology from the Yorkville University, New Brunswick, Canada. My employment experience includes working with families with children with diverse abilities including: parent coaching, Sibshops, health and wellness counseling, grief counselling, advocacy, workshops, and groups. My current interests include intervention strategies for trauma, loss, and attachment; as well as, chronic pain and illness, health and wellness, and parent coaching. I am currently employed in private practice MIND BODY Counselling Practice and at NONA Child Development Centre.
