Compassionate support for preparation, integration, and harm reduction
Psychedelic psychotherapy is an emerging, evidence-informed field that supports deep emotional healing and personal transformation. Over the past 6 years, I’ve been dedicated to studying this area of therapy, witnessing over 300 journeys. I now offer support for those who are exploring or engaging in psychedelic experiences—ethically, responsibly, and with intention.
My role is to help you prepare, integrate, and stay grounded, whether you’re seeking clarity, healing, or growth.
I offer:
- Preparation support: exploring your goals, intentions, and emotional readiness
- Integration therapy: making meaning of your experience and creating sustainable change
- Harm reduction support: ensuring safety, informed decision-making, and post-experience care
A Circle of Care
You won’t be doing this alone. I work with a collaborative and compassionate circle of care, supporting a seamless, thoughtful experience. Together, we help you develop a clear mindset and cultivate a safe, soothing setting—two essential elements that make psychedelic work more impactful and emotionally safe.
Preparation
Preparation sessions are where we begin laying the foundation. Together, we explore:
- Intentions: What would you like to shift, understand, or heal?
- Your psyche and story: What’s showing up for you right now?
- Resource development: Breathwork and grounding tools tailored to your nervous system
- Relationship building: So you feel safe, known, and supported before going deeper
This is a space to become more emotionally prepared, increase nervous system resilience, and set the stage for a meaningful experience.
Integration
Integration is where insights take root. After your psychedelic experience, we work together to:
- Reflect on the experience and identify key takeaways
- Work with symbols, feelings, or memories that surfaced
- Develop actionable steps for healing, growth, or change
- Reconnect with everyday life in a grounded, compassionate way
This is often where the real transformation happens—turning insight into lived change.
Curious? Let’s Explore.
Psychedelic work isn’t about escaping. It’s about connecting more deeply with who you are. If you’re curious about this work and want to learn more, I welcome you to reach out.
